Things have been crazy busy lately, personally and professionally. I know every time I come back I here, I promise to be more frequent in my writings, and again, I continue to renege on on that oath.

But, so far, I’m happy with the way things are turning out. Things have been crazy, but the good kind of crazy. The kind of crazy busy that pushes me forward to learn new things. Sure, a lot of…compromise…had to be made, but that’s just the way life is. Full of compromises.

There are still a lot of work to be done, and a lot that I have to improve on, but we’re getting there. Fingers crossed, this year might be a good year indeed.

I have been off social media for some time now, sure a sporadic post here and there, and though I’m somewhat ignorant of the things happening around me, I am less stressed by it. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing though, apathy and with regards to certain issues means that the bad guys get away with a lot of things, but I guess a lot of time now is spent on taking care of myself, and those I hold dear around me.

Time after all is limited, I can’t care about everything, so I suppose I had better devote it to things I can control (somewhat).

This is a hopeful post.
