Motivating myself

People say, if you have a goal, write it down, read it everyday, and mark your milestones.

So I decided to create this blog mainly for my own benefit. Why?

Because I want to make a transformation, I want to get fit (oh no, another fitness blog!).

I’ve been trying for so long trying to change myself but each time, I never really succeeded. It was perhaps due to me not keeping a log of my progress. So here I am, with a new resolve, perhaps by keeping a steady account, and entries from a few other places, I shall inspire myself to be healthier.

This blog will also serve as a deposit of my other mental diarrhea.

Here’s to hoping this blog lives longer.
